2. Description of Service

Mailbox Wonders is a subscription-based educational mail service for children. We deliver physical mailings containing educational materials, fact cards, worksheets, posters, and related items based on your subscription plan and preferences.

3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer monthly and bimonthly subscription plans with various prepaid options. Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase and may change with notice.

3.2 Automatic Renewal

For ongoing subscriptions, your payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

3.3 Prepaid Plans

Prepaid plans are charged in full at the time of purchase and cover the specified number of mailings.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

4.2 Refunds

For your first mailing, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If unsatisfied, contact us for a full refund. For prepaid plans, we will prorate refunds for any unshipped mailings upon request.

5. Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping is included in the subscription price. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information provided by subscribers.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in our mailings, including text, images, designs, and layouts, is the property of Mailbox Wonders or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our practices regarding your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mailbox Wonders is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
